This privacy policy explains how the InstaResponder application ("the App") accesses and uses data from your Instagram account.

What the App does

InstaResponder is a private productivity tool used solely by Megan Collins Coaching to manage Instagram direct messages and comments. It is not a public-facing application.

Data accessed

The App accesses the following data from your Instagram Business account via the Meta Graph API:

• Direct messages and conversations
• Instagram profile information (name, biography, profile picture)
• Instagram media (posts, captions, engagement metrics)
• Comments on posts

How data is used

Data accessed through the App is used exclusively to display and respond to Instagram messages and comments. No data is sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising purposes.

Data storage

Messages and profile data are not permanently stored. They are retrieved in real time from the Meta Graph API and displayed within the App only. API credentials are stored locally on the device running the App.

Third-party services

The App uses the Anthropic Claude API to assist with drafting message replies. Conversation content may be sent to Anthropic's API for this purpose. Anthropic's privacy policy applies: anthropic.com/privacy
