A Little Context Before We Get Into The Details

I did not come into this from a marketing agency or a business school.

I came from the bench.

I built my own jewellery brand from scratch, without a marketing degree, big-city contacts, or an existing audience, and grew it into a six-figure business.

That brand went on to be featured in, stocked by, or recognised by names including Vogue, Tatler, Elle, Glamour, Anthropologie UK, Swarovski, Wolf & Badger, Not On The High Street, Museum of London, Yorkshire Sculpture Park, E.C. One, Craft & Design, New Ashgate Gallery, and The Biscuit Factory.

I have spent more than 10 years in the jewellery industry, and over the past 4 years I have coached, guided, and supported 600+ jewellers through my programmes, courses, and community spaces.

I have seen the same patterns again and again.

Talented makers with beautiful work, but unclear messaging. Brands that look lovely, but are hard for customers to understand. Jewellers who are underpricing, overthinking, posting without a plan, or relying on one good market to carry the whole business.

The Studio™ is built from that experience. Not theory from outside the industry. Not vague motivation. The actual order I believe emerging jewellers need if they want to become more consistent, more profitable, and more confident as business owners.

Here's What We're Doing in The Studio™

The Studio™ is a selective, small-group, 6-month implementation programme for emerging jewellers who want to move from occasional sales into a more consistent jewellery business.

If accepted, you work through the online lessons and templates with weekly group coaching for feedback, questions, and accountability. Not by throwing more random tactics at the wall.

The goal is to help you build the pricing, brand, product range, marketing, sales channels, and backend systems that support a more serious jewellery business.

In practical terms, that means:

  • Knowing what to fix first.
  • Charging in a way that actually supports profit.
  • Making your brand feel clearer online.
  • Turning your collection into something easier to sell.
  • Building a content rhythm you can actually keep up with.
  • Creating sales channels beyond hoping Instagram behaves.
  • Feeling more like a business owner, not just a maker trying to figure it all out alone.

If you have already had people buy from you, compliment your work, come back for more, or ask about stockists and commissions, that is a really good sign. You are probably not miles away. You need the right order around the work.

This Is Probably Not For You If...

  • You do not have jewellery to sell yet.
  • You have only sold to close friends and family, and there is no real proof of demand yet.
  • You want a guaranteed income result.
  • You want someone else to do the work for you.
  • You are not willing to look honestly at your pricing.
  • You do not want to be visible.
  • You want a quick fix more than a business.
  • You have no time or space to implement.
  • You have worked with lots of people before and every time, they were the problem.

No judgement if that is where you are. It just means this probably is not the right next step yet.

But If You...

  • Have been making for at least a year or two.
  • Have sold at markets, on Etsy, through Instagram, commissions, or a mix.
  • Have some proof that people want what you make.
  • Are probably somewhere around ÂŁ5K–£20K in revenue, or have strong demand signals even if the numbers are still early.
  • Feel stuck between "this is a hobby that pays a bit" and "this is a proper business."
  • Know your pricing probably needs work.
  • Want your brand to feel clearer and more serious.
  • Are ready to build sales channels beyond occasional markets and random posts.
  • Take direction well.
  • Know that you are the one who gets the results and earns the rewards.

Then The Studio™ could be a really good fit — the emerging jeweller who is already closer than she thinks, but needs the structure, support, and next steps to turn the potential into a business.

Phase 1: Foundation and Brand

Weeks 1–8

Weeks 1–8 are about getting the business clear. Your vision, customer, position, pricing, visual direction, voice, touchpoints, and brand bible. This is the part that makes every future decision easier.

Phase 2: Product and Marketing

Weeks 9–16

Weeks 9–16 are about making the business easier to buy from. We look at your collection, photography, line sheet, product pages, Instagram, email, content rhythm, and storytelling. This is where the brand starts to feel more intentional and the marketing starts to feel less like a daily scramble.

Phase 3: Sales Channels and Systems

Weeks 17–24

Weeks 17–24 are about building the sales channels and backend that make the business more sustainable. Your channel mix, wholesale outreach, consignment, DTC, Shopify website, markets, Etsy audit if relevant, money systems, fulfilment, time, energy, and 12-month roadmap. This is where you stop relying on one platform, one market, or one good month.

How The Support Works

You get access to the curriculum and onboarding steps as soon as you are accepted and join. The lessons guide the work in order. The weekly calls are there for questions, feedback, coaching, and accountability while you implement.

The group stays intentionally small because the quality of the room matters. I want to know what people are building, what they are stuck on, and where they need a more honest next step.

What Is Included

  • A 24-week guided curriculum in your online lesson area.
  • Weekly group coaching with me for questions, feedback, and implementation support.
  • Community support and regular implementation check-ins.
  • Quarterly showcases.
  • Templates, worksheets, trackers, and implementation assets.
  • 12 months of community access.
  • A 12-month roadmap by the time you graduate.

Investment

The Studio™ is not another course to quietly collect. It is an investment in making the business clearer, more profitable, and easier to grow.

The work is close to the money — pricing pieces properly instead of guessing, building a collection that is easier to understand and sell, making the brand clearer so the right customer recognises it faster, improving the way products are photographed and presented, creating sales channels beyond relying on one good market, and looking honestly at the backend of the business.

For the right jeweller, a few better decisions can change a lot. That is how I want you thinking about the investment. Not, "Can I afford another programme?" But, "Is my business ready for the kind of support that could help me make better money decisions faster?"

I cannot promise a specific result. Your result depends on your product, pricing, audience, consistency, capacity, and implementation. But if I do not believe The Studio™ is the right investment for where you are right now, I will not invite you to join.

Why We Review Applications

The Studio™ is high-support and intentionally small, so I review applications before inviting anyone into the programme. Not everyone who applies will be invited to interview, and not every interview will lead to an invitation to join.

If it is not the right fit, I will let you know honestly and point you towards a resource, course, or next step that would be better for where you are right now.

The Next Step

If this sounds like where you are, and you would like my support building the next version of your jewellery business, the next step is to apply.

Step 1 — Fill in the application. I will review it and come back to you within 72 hours.

Step 2 — If it looks like there could be a good fit, you will be invited to an interview with me.

Step 3 — If the interview confirms it is a strong fit on both sides, I will invite you to join. Either way, you will get an honest answer.

Apply for The Studio™

P.S. You do not need to have it all figured out before you apply. You do need real jewellery, some proof people want it, and the willingness to look honestly at what needs to change.
