CUSTOM SERVICE AGREEMENT FOR HANDMADE PRICING GUIDE

  
The individual purchasing the Handmade Pricing Guide ("Client").

1. Scope of Services
The Service Provider agrees to provide the Client with a digital copy of the Handmade Pricing Guide upon completion of the purchase.

2. Delivery
The Handmade Pricing Guide will be delivered to the Client via email or download link immediately upon receipt of payment.

3. No Refunds
The Client acknowledges and agrees that due to the digital nature of the Handmade Pricing Guide, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.

4. Intellectual Property
The Handmade Pricing Guide is the intellectual property of the Service Provider. The Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the guide for personal or business purposes only. The Client may not distribute, share, or resell the guide.

5. Confidentiality
The Client agrees to keep all information contained within the Handmade Pricing Guide confidential and not disclose it to any third party without prior written consent from the Service Provider.

6. Limitation of Liability
The Service Provider's liability under this Agreement is limited to the total fee paid by the Client. The Service Provider is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Handmade Pricing Guide.

7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

Acceptance of Terms
By ticking the checkbox and completing the purchase, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Custom Service Agreement.
